The location proved convenient for accessing attractions. The staff members were notably helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the comfortable bed.
The elevators were slow during peak hours. I found the room decor somewhat outdated. There was a noticeable lack of soundproofing. Noise from the street was quite audible.

helpful doormen convenient service
i appreciated the helpful doormen. they always greeted me with a smile and assisted with my luggage. the bell service was prompt. i also found the fixed price black car service to the airports very convenient.
i missed having an in-room coffee maker. it would have been nice to enjoy coffee without going downstairs!

the fitness center on the 17th floor features quality equipment. i noted several treadmills plus stationary bikes! the hotel provides newspapers and laundry services as well.

great location top attractions clean room needed toiletries
This location was amazing. It was near Fifth Avenue and so close to many top attractions. The room was clean and had all I need. It included toiletries, towels, robe, with hairdryer.

Maria at the front desk was patient with our big group. Her assistance was really good. The doorman, with his pizza suggestions, was very helpful in finding the best local spots. His transportation advice was a plus.

The Concierge suggested Toasties for late breakfast, and that place was a great find. I really liked the prompt and accurate recommendation, perfect for starting the day right. It was conveniently close.

The subway from LaGuardia brought me within two blocks. Such easy access was appreciated. I found Central Park and Rockefeller Center nearby. I appreciated the convenience to many great restaurants.

fast elevators iced water lemon limes unavailable slippers slow wifi constant drops
the location was great. the elevators were fast. iced water with lemon and limes was available near the elevators, this helped with hydration.
there were no slippers available. i was told they don't have any! the wifi was slow and it constantly dropped. i found this difficult when i needed to work or browse.
